How do I reheat my pudding?
The pudding has been fully cooked and is ready to serve. It can be reheated in one the following ways.
Microwave (based on 900 watt) – Remove ribbon, card, cloth and foil wrapping. Pierce the film and place the pudding on a plate, cook on full power for 2 minutes per 500g
Boiling – Remove ribbon and card, leave cloth in place and retie pudding firmly with string. Lower into a saucepan of boiling water for approx. 30 minutes. Do not boil dry.
Log Puddings – The logs are convenient as you can slice a piece off and heat individual in the microwave. You do not need to heat up the whole log just slice a piece and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Place the rest back in the fridge wrapped in cling wrap.
How many servings are in each pudding?
120g Round – single serve
500g Round – 4-5 serves
500g Log – 5-6 serves
1kg Round – 6-8 serves
1kg Log – 8-10 serves
1.5kg Round – 10-12 serves
2kg Round – 14-18 serves
3kg Round – 20+ serves
How do I store my pudding?
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and heat. Puddings have a best before date of 2 years.
In tropical climates, refrigerate your pudding. After opening, place in an airtight container or plastic wrap in your fridge.
